Our approach to IT consulting resembles the way open source software is created. We value transparency and collaboration. The consulting process is completelly open from the inception to the implementation sign-off. The image on the right-hand side describes the whole process:

Once we hear about client's requirements, we produce a brief document, outlining possible solutions, likely implementation timeline and the approximate cost breakdown. This initial consultation is free of charge.

Upon client's review of our draft proposal and should client decide to proceed, we will provide documentation which needs to be signed by client, allowing us to engage in the consulting process and provide full project documentation, including detailed description of proposed technologies, project timelines, ongoing service options and the cost schedule. Depending on the project scope, full documentation is prepared within 1 - 5 business days and the convenient time is arranged to present the project details and answer any questions that client may have.

Following the presentation and the client's confirmation and sign-off of the project plan, we are ready to engage in the implementation process. Design, testing and deployment are completed per project schedule, with as little disruption to business as possible. After the system "go live" stage, we move to the suppport and maintenance phase, under the terms of the previously agreed service levels.
